We are social animals. Our life is rarely in isolation and seems always connected by the people around us. Humans bond with others for companionship, friendship, and often love and union. It is often said that we are mirrors and reflections of ourselves placed on another. In this lecture, we explore the astrological concepts and a seldom-used technique that describes the dynamic nature found in relationships when antiscia and natal planets interact.
A professional astrologer for over 45 years, Richard Smoot, has provided direct services and research tools to astrologers and organizations. Former owner of Astrodatabank, Richard’s aim is to guide astrologers to their highest professional level through education, publishing, and training. He serves as ISAR’s Operations Manager, Consulting Skills Chair, and publisher of the ISAR International Astrologer. For NCGR, he is an examiner for all certification exam levels, and publishes their journals. For OPA, he serves as a group leader and trainer. At UAC 2018 he received the Regulus Award for Community Service.
